Noticesd a hole in my PTO exhaust pipe on 95'zrt800. It under the insulated part of the exhaust pipe. Is that a problem? Spurts out more smoke on start up then when its up to temp, due to heat expansion. Should i worry bout it or wait till next season. really kinda done working on the sleds this year.

As long as it's covered it will be fine for awhile! Sounds like a good reason to get a new set of pipes!

Take some heat silicone, a piece of sheet metal, and two or three huge hose clamps. Form the metal to the pipe, put silicone on it, and strap it down. It worked on my car for a year! :-)
