You need 3 things to run, spark, fuel and compression. How are you testing spark and fuel. What is the compression nnow?

If you have spark, fuel, and compression it will run. You're missing something.

Make sure that you did not forget any of the switches (plugged in, in the run position, or bypassed with jumpers).

Give it half throttle when you pull it over, that will clear it out.
