Replace the sprokets if necessary, make shure you put eavrything back the way it camme out! and dont loose parts lol. When I did mine I found a twisted drive shaft so I had to replace that. You might also want to replace the bearings since you're in there with all of the other worn parts. If you have not already gotten the track ebay was the cheapest option for me. Good luck

Raise the track clear of the floor and loosen the tension adjusters all the way off.
Then you can get the skid out easier.
Then you will need to remove the belt and secondary to make it easier to get to the drive shaft bearing holder to remove it. Then open the chain case and remove capscrew from bottom sprocket. Now the drive shaft will slide to the opposite side to be removed. (lifting the track up will aid in this part and using a couple of long screwdrivers through the front skid mounting holes to hold the track up will also help)

Check the drive shaft bearings now that you have it apart and replace if they feel rough when turning. Since you have the skid out too, now is also a good time to do any maintenance on it that might be needed (greasing, changing idler bearings, changing rear axle bearings).
Reverse the order to install.
