how do i remove my seat

alright, i want to remove my seat and foam but not the tank, how do i do this, i need to recover the seat but dont want to remove the tank, thanks.

the tank is part of the seat assembly. You will have to remove it to get the cover off and back on.

It is really very easy! Take the 2 bolts out of the glove box in back, lift and unplug electric. If EFI take cowling off disconect hoses and wires! The cover is stapled to the plastic and comes off reasonablely easy. Hours job!
