My sled is in January's American Snowmobiler

It's on page 8 of the magazine and on their website

Been working on it all spring and summer

WOW nice sled, if you don't mind sharing about how much do you have invested in the sled. what is the extension kit worth?

I bought a Tracks Usa 136" kit that was on a "summer deal"
that you got a new 1.25" 136 inch Camo Predator track, rail extensions and the tunnel extension for $499 shipped
to my door.
I paid $800 for the 2002 ZR 500 and I paid $2000 for the wrecked 2003 ZR 900.

I did everything on the entire sled myself with the exception of the powder coating and the trueing and welding of the crank.
I have about $3000 in all the parts that I bought and a couple hundred hours of my time

Wow you did an incredible job on that Cat! Congrats! You should put it in for sled of the month! You would get my vote! Have you ridden it yet? What kind of power are you expecting? Looks like it should be a screamer

Thanks guy's,
Yes I rode it about 150 miles last weekend,
I am happy with it, rips pretty good, I haven't pushed the nitrous button yet I wanted to break the engine in first. Going on a week ride after Christmas and will put it to the test.

Thanks,
It had 50 to 1 premix in the gas tank with only 80 miles on it.
It ran 77.2 in 500 ft and 84.8 in 660 ft at the radar runs last Saturday.
The sled was running at about 75%,
The clutching was about 400 rpm from where I want it and I had 2 size larger mainjets in it than I needed for break in.
I have since made the clutching and jet changes to get it where I want it.
I guestimate it to be around the 175 to 180 hp range on the motor and with a 40 hp nitrous kit to be around 215 to 220 hp on the button.
