I have a 2006 M7 and it seems to bog ones and a wile not so much that you can put a finger on it but to mutch for a new sled what could this be

Could be a dealer issue! It's under warranty, let them take care of it!

And if the dealer you bought it from wont or can't fix it
GO TO A DIFERENT DEALER. it don't mater where you got it warrenty is just that, what would happen if something god forbid would happen on a trip? would a local dealer say take it home!
