Ok, With the snow going bye bye this week, figured I'd ask this now and prepare for any work I have to do to it.

When I first got the sled and used it the last week, once I would start it, it would imeditly rev up to like 3500 or so and kick right down.

No when it first starts it barely makes it 1000rpm and stays theres for a good few minutes then finally revs itself up to 3500 or so and kicks down and can go.

ANy idea why this is? and if it is something I should worry about.
