You may not have one!! Follow the fuel line from the tank to the pump.

usually the feul shut off is right next to the little tool box under the hood. typically has a red rubber grip on it.

There is no fuel shut-off valve from the factory!!
See exploded view at Alpha Sports - Arctic Cat Snowmobile Catalog
So quit wasting your time looking for it!!

and if there isn't one is there any other reason why fuel would not be entering the lines...the filter is clean and everything is working properly

it is a matter of following your gas line from the tank to the pumps. If you have one you will find it. if you dont you wont find it.

C'mon, dewd!! If you can't determine whether you have a fuel shut-off valve or not, should you really be the one working on a machine that can do almost 100mph??

Should be to the left of the air box (looking from front). Just follow the fuel line.

Can you see fuel in the lines? Sometime you gotta yank your arms off to get them started the first time of the year - especially if you ran it dry before putting it away. That would assume you shut the gas off though, and I think that's still a little fuzzy...

Blow into the filler and have someone watch for fuel flow. There should be a red handled knob in line were it makes a turn!
