I have a 94 ZR 580. I am planning on replacing that soon with a F8 to match her F6. I thought it was important to buy hers first because she needed something with electric start and reverse. She's too small to be tugging or pull starting a sled (98 lbs).

Nice sled!!! Looks like you'll be the one gettin the back rub after ridin that 580.
My situation is reversed. I have the new sled( before I met her) and my wife has the 94 Jag. But Im tryin to find her a Firecat F5 or F6.

I was able to break out the sleds this weekend and see how the new F6 acted. I applogize for the delay in reporting, but there has been no snow to report on.
My wife and I loaded up the sleds and, along with some friends, headed out to western Nebraska where they were getting large amounts of snow. The trip was long (8hr) and that was mainly due to the belief in western Nebraska that salt and snow plows are the tools of the devil.
We endied up in a town Named O Neal. They had aprox. 8" of snow and that night recieved about 1" of ice due to freezing rain (a little of the devils salt would have gone a long way considering we were driving that night). The next morining we unloaded the sleds and took off, or at least tried to.
My buddy was on an AC 440 snow pro racing sled, his wife on a 580ext and I was on my zr. With the icy conditions, we had very little problem. My wife, however, on her F6, had issues from the start. When we first unloaded the sleds she was unable to move on the icy parking lot. I assumed it was because she was so small (95 lbs) and I sat on the sled thinking my weight would get it to go. Nope, it just spun on the ice. Now I know this is due to the bite of the new carbides but pushing the sled to the snow at the edge of the parking lot still had me a little pissed.
We took off down the country roads to do some ditch banging. My buddy and I started pretty fast jumping in and out. His wife stayed right with us and we were constantly waiting on my wife with her new sled to catch up. This is not like her, although inexperienced on sleds, the experience that she does have is taking one balls to the wall and with jumping. I was getting pretty pissed that she was not keeping up with what should have been the fastest sled in the group. When I confronted her, she told me that she was sliding all over the place on it.
Later, my buddy and I went out on our own. My ZR was acting up which gave me a good excuse to try my wife's new ride. I found out within an eigth of a mile that my wife was right. The dam thing is so squirly that at 10mph I started spinning 180's in the middle of the road. I am placing my order or studs today.
The power on this sled was awesome, as long as you werent on ice. The thing feels really light and moves through the snow like my buddy's 440. The adjustability is nice. My wife is 5'2" and I am 6'4". We were able to switch easily and be comfortable by just moving the seat and handlebars. I was not able to move the windsheild due to ice buildup but I wanted to at least once.
Overall, I thought the sled felt solid and strong. I love the riding position and the stability of this sled though the drifts was awesome. I can't report on top speed yet because the engine is not broke in all of the way but I can say that the 600 had plenty of power and perhaps too much torque for my wife. She'll have to get used to it.
I keep you guys informed throughout the season.

SOunds like the studs were really needed! I wouldn't get too pissed at her, though. I'd be pissed that the SLED wasn't set up like the rest of them, leaving the newest sled/most inexperienced rider at a disadvantage.

The problem is that none of the sleds, but the 440, were studed. For some reason, this sled needs studs more than others.
