dry spark plug in 81 el tigre

it finally snowed up here in the beautiful suberbs of chicago i got a snow day off school of course so wat else do i do i take out my sled it ran good til about 3:00 it bogged down i let it sit for a few munits and i got started it wants to idle at about 1000 rpm when it should at about 2000 rpm and if it gets too low it gives a small back fire while its running i got it to go mayb 30 with full throttle i finally made it home took out my plugs they are compleatly black but one was dry can nebody help me so i can ride to day

As they said clean and replace. It sounds like you limped home on one cylinder.
