bog in my 600 efi crossfire

I have a 600 efi crossfire, just bought it, and took it out today for the first time, it has 700 miles on it.and everything looks as good as new. But it has a mid range bog in it. after it straightens itself out it goes like crazy. it is in the midrange to top end where it bogs.for just a second. do you need to lube the clutches on these??
I have read about the plug for blended and regular fuel as well could that do it?? or maybe could it be something else. any ideas guys too rich maybe???

thanks for now
Ken

check the adjustment and function of your power valves. it sounds like they aren't opening correctly, but once open they are fine. kind of like they are hanging up. just my $.02.

Had similar problem, but no top end at all. Found a broken cable and the other unattached to servo motor. Pulled both power valves for cleaning. Now just waiting for parts to see if that resolves problem. Frustrating huh?

I checked the power valves

I checked the power valves and cleaned them up they were sticky and I got a little better response but still bogs in mid range. I,m rumming ethanol fuel right now, and the the plug for the fuel (if it is a small blue plug on the ecm with 2 wires) is plugged in right now. Is this the right plug for ethanol or not??? does it make that big of a performance difference??? one other thing, how about the secondary clutch should the belt be flush with the top or should it be above????

Belt "should" be just above secondary, but can't believe that would be the cause. My fuel plug is right next to the ECU, very visible. Does your servo motor cycle once when you start your sled? Just an unrelated question I had. You can check it with the cover off. Just wondering.

If the power valves are ok, the only other thing to look at is the clutches. If they need cleaning, you will get a sluggish response too.

yeah, the older version of Firefox was the problem. I upgraded to version 2.0 and don't seem to be having that problem now.
I like that this version also has built in spell check.
