check hoses

Did you check your hoses? I thought I had a gasket leak
on my 92 wildcat- on closer inspection I found a coolant hose
that had a hole worn in it from vibration/rubbing on a jug or something very close to one. With steam coming out all over the place-hard to see exactly where it was coming from. Made mistake of running it 1/2 mile home. Melted one piston. Have had 2 coolant hoses on cats develop leaks from abrasion. Another was ready to go when it was discovered at annual pre season inspection.
