Welcome! Try eBay for a service manual on CD. I think the best eBay seller for them is ourkidsdad.

Welcome Mike!!! AC made lots of 550 efi's... Could you post a pic of it? Maybe we can help you with the year. You might be able to get the year off the serial number tag too...

If he gave you the registration, it is usually on that too.

depending on the year of the sled you can e-mail or snail mail a letter to arctic cat and they will send you an owner's manual for free (www.arcticcat.com)...no shipping or anything. Thats what I did for the sled I bought used. The owner's manual will help you learn about your sled, once you know the year I suggest getting a clymer manual they're great and very detailed

You're probably going to have to get SEG involved. I can take a carb'd sled apart, but EFI is VooDoo to me...

That's the nice thing about EFI, except for an injector replacement (never) they are maintance free. You can clean them by using injetor cleaner.

Probably the easiest way is to take the reg. to a dealer and ask for the info.
If they are going to be realy good to you , this will tell. If they help you, great, if not, find another one if you can that is close enough.

It should easily excede 95 and maybe even 100 mph.
To get a manual, try contacting AC directly and for a service manual, you can order them directly from clymer.
