Buy a friggin' bike & pedal faster!! Old sleds with small engines go slow!! That is a fact of life!! To go fast & if you want to handle well, & maybe even stop, you might need to spend some money. If that sled is all you can afford, That's cool.....just ride it & enjoy being out in the winter!!

Sufice it to say, the sled will go more than fast enough to kill you if you are reckless with it.

That is a very nice accomplishment for a young guy!! You should be proud of yourself!! Certainly not a lake racer, but if you're mainly trail riding, that sled should still be a blast! It took me many years to get the sled I have.........you'll get there! Keep the faith!

around 50. On a perfect day with a lot of room and a slight downhill grade you may hit 60

Take it easy on the jumping, that sled does not have the suspension needed for that. It is however, a nimble trail sled that with an experienced driver can beat many sleds up to twice its size due to its lighter weight and handling (when set up corretly with the right clutching ).
