I just ordered 144 stainless 1.40" studs for my '02 ZR 800 Cat with a 1.25" track. Is their any clearance issues or problems that I should be concerned with in regards to the tunnel or rad cooler.

I have 1.375 on my 02 with no problems. 1.4 isn't much bigger so I don't think that you will have a problem.

Run tunnel protectors incase the track balloons or a massive bottomout.
