My '96 ZRT 800 has small cracks that start by the shaft and go straight out toward the outer edge. They are about 1.5 inches or so long. This is the second one that I have had that problem with.

You could look on e-Bay, there are always a bunch there, and most of the used ones go for around $150. I am in MI too, but I'm only 15 miles north of Toledo, or 5 miles south of Cabela's, whichever works for you . It's 50 degrees and raining here...

My recommendation is to buy new here. You are less likely to have the same problems and get better results. the pics did not appear in your post, so I could not see the damage caused and the remains of the clutch.
When a clutch explodes at high rpm, It is best to do some tests first before installing a new one.
First, check that the crank pto is not bent. You can do this by having someone help by cranking the engine over ( with the plugs out) and have a straight edge to check for wobble.
Second, replace the seal as it is probably damaged due to the stresses of the clutch disintegeration.
Third, buy a new clutch.

That's one ugly mess! Luck you didn't get hurt.
You can get a new (uncalibrated) clutch on eBay for around $245.

Look for stress cracks on the back of the stationary sheave. If you find them, replace the clutch soon and don't run it at high rpm.
I recommend replacing with a comet clutch instead of the cat clutch. The 108 exp is the exact repalcement for the original, and it is a little beefier on the places it counts. The msrp is $277 in the parts unlimited catalog and you can use the weights and spring from the original clutch.

Ah, nice to know! My son works at a local powersports dealer. He can order PU stuff at an employee discount. Got my clutch puller for me, for around $15.

My 108 Pro-4 was ordered from PU. I have a very good supplier and got a good discount.
