Unhappy F5 Check Engine Light

My F5 starts and idles perfect, the powervalve cervo does its check when i start it the valves have just been cleaned and open and close smooth but from the second i start it the check engine light flickers on and off continuously... Anyone know what it could be, my thinking is a sensor but i dunno which one i dont even know what sensors it has

hey my buddies sled was doing the same thing i was looking at the egt temp sensor and one of the connectors was unpluged. as soon as i pluged it back in it went off.
