start the season

how soon are you guys able to start riding, when are the rivers and lakes frozen. Here in Alaska if you go way up into the Mts. you can start in Oct. but it really starts up about mid Nov. till April.

Hey man, where have you been riding? I heard petersville and cantwell both had real good snow last weekend. Snow out in the valley sucks...I'm a bit north of palmer and theres enough to dink around on but nothin like we all would prefer.

Family and friends have done most of our riding from the Deshka landing up and down the big Su. from Talkeetna to Gabberts Fish Camp and up the Yetna to the Skwentna Roadhouse. We have been trying to figure out a way to go from Talkeetna to Eureka. We also have ridden at Petersville up to the Dutch Hills. But I was really wondering about people in other states because I know that us up here in Alaska get spioled with the awsome riding and snow.
