F5 questions

I'm thinking of buying an Firecat F5. How is the reputation of these sleds? Looking at something like a used '03 that I can afford.

I don't want (need) to get into the higher performance sleds like the F6 and F7....just want something fun for trail riding and ditches.

Any comments?

I'm used to my ZRT800 and that thing is just plain mean. Too much for me to handle...

I have an O5' F5 and love it! Very fast for a 500, great acceleration. I guess I don't have anything bad to say about them really, seems to handle the trails pretty good for me. Corner well for the most part.

I rode my gf's dad's 2003 F5 (now my gf's) last year a little and I liked it. I didn't ride it long enough to really get a good feel for it but it's very peppy for a 500. overall i was impressed. I'm sure you'd be happy with one.
If you do end up getting the '03 one thing you might wanna do is get the idler wheel kit because for that year there are no wheels on the outside of the slides. It just helps with the stability a little.
