fuel running out of muniki carb . whats this tube ??

Hi , new here , hopings some one can shed a little more light on a problem I had this weekend. On my 440 LC jag (1996) with muniki carbs I started loosing fuel (after a 3.06 per gallon fill up) in about 20 miles the tank was about gone. Sled stared missing on one side. thought it was a plug replaced that then found that there was fuel running out the bottom of thats sides carb from a hose that has cracked. There was a plug in the bottom of this hose. kinda looks like 1/4 in surgical hose. there is one matchin on the other side. Ok my question , is this just a drain to empty the carbs? It sure emptyed my tank !!

Replace that hose, that's to drain the bowl. Should be all set after that.
