1993 Wild Cat 700 efi, no fire

I have a 93 wild cat efi. I have no fire at the plugs. We have checked to see where we do have some juice. There is power at the key swith, kill switch. Coming out of the motor some wires go to a box, not sure what it is, wires come out of it and go to the coil. There is power going to the box but not out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks

I assume the box is the CDI? Go to the misc parts section of this forum. Click on parts links, then OEM parts. Look yours up on microfiche and let us know what part it is.

Yeah its the cdi box that i am talking about. Could it be a wire somewhere else or the computer. I know a comes out of the cdi and goes to the computer also. It showed a cdi box costing over $500. Is that right?

You should be able to get a CDI for way less than that. And by that I mean closer to 100 or less.

Check eBay or aftermarket.
