ZR Cornering

My ZR is a little tippy in the corners what should I do to help keep the skis on the ground. I have clicker shocks on the front. I believe I have them set on 4?

back the front shock of the skid off a little to transfer some weight to the skis. If there is no adjustment you can take the limiter strap up one hole to shorten it.

Also slow down for the turns.

Do you mean tippy like you have to recorrect your steering or you will roll it or you just have some inside ski lift?

Mine would always pull a inside ski some but would never push out or start to roll over.

Well I see your only options as adjusting the front limiter strap like RJ mentions, moving the triangle on the rear spring to a stiffer setting, or learn to trust the sled as inside ski lift isn't that bad. Doing the other things mentioned up top could alter your handling. The only other possible option that I can think of is to add coupling kit to the rear suspension but could be somewhat costly ($100+).

If it's a standard ZR they came with really soft rate springs. There isn't much you can do to get rid of the ski lift without going to heavier springs.
Have you had the shocks serviced?

yes I had the shocks done last year. Don't think it has the stock susupension because I got clicker front shocks and had a dial adjust for the rear but I removed it becasue the seal went in the cartridge.

To answer the original post....

I am surprised that you are having a serious ammount of inside ski lift on a ZR/ZL chassi sled. I would guess you are not leaning at all on the sled? All sleds have some inside ski lift if you do not ride them correctly... some more then others of course. I have never been on a flatter sled then the ZRT or ZR series sleds. I used to think my Ski Doo handled great... untill I bought a cat. If you want to try adding the rear to front coupling blocks it may help you out. You can either purchase an aftermarket kit or ones from cat. These kits limit how far the rear link falls forward when the suspension travels through its travel. When you install these kits it puts more preasure on the ski's instead of allowing the skid to cycle rearward and take preasure off the front. You can also try sucking up the limiter strap too.
