Tighten the tensioner finger tight. Back it up 1/4 turn and tighten the lock nut to the case.

Not quite. You don't tighten it. Finger snug, then back it off a little....

Thanks for the info! I am a bombi man and this is my first cat. On the cat, the tensioner has 2 rollers connected together by a spring. This is different than the ski-doo tensioner.
