Hi all,
Just a warning on new sled. I had a chance to get in about 50 miles of trail riding today and the odometer now stands at 150.... As I pulled into the trail head the clutch was slipping and the motor was surging??????

Putting on trailer I smelled gas really bad and opened the hood and gas all over.

Seems the gas supply line for the clutch side carb was routed wrong and it took 150 miles to wear through bouncing on the back of the secondary clutch.

I had sat and just looked everything over alot waiting for a day like today and never noticed the line routing. I guess I am lucky I didn't burn the darn thing down.

Just a tale of luck ... or live and learn!
