Wildcat Probs! Spark!

I am working on a 1988 Arcitic Cat Wildcat 650. I got the carbs and everything working alright, but now I am having spark problems. It doesn't have enough spark to spark the plugs, but there is power going through it. I put on a spark tester and the bulb inside lit up but it was very dim. I put the same tester on my Ski-Doo and it lit up a lot more. I dunno what the problem is. It isn't the coil. I replaced it and got the same results with the spark tester. Is it the CDI? Or a problem with the Stator? It has been snowing and I've been dying to get out, but everything is always breaking down on me.
