EFI gas tank in carbed sled

I just purchased a single seat to replace the double seat for my 93 ext 580z. The single seat came from a 94 zr580 and first perfectly. The clunk line has been installed, and tail light. Now my problem is the big hole where the pump goes. I want to block it but i'm not sure if I should fab something or maybe I can just get the fuel pump cover with gasket and plug the holes on the cover? Any suggestions ??

Thanks

cut a chunk from an old plastic gas can and make a gasket and prematex it together.
