they work asome, there are alot of companys making regs now. boondocker makes one with a analog screen, bikemann also makes one. you can just turn a dial and that will tune your fuel pressure. on the boondocker it does it through the computer.

I'm wanting to buy some pipes. But i'm wondering if the Fuel pressure regulator is enough to tune for pipes or do I need to get the PAC system too.

I called around and did some research. The fuel regulator is a cheap way out. You can either richen or lean the fuel accross the entire rpm range. With a Boondocker kit or the Speedwerks EFI jet kit you can richen or lean the fuel at different rpms. Thats what I need. I mean, the fuel pressure regulator will work, but I dont want a heavy rich spot in the mid range. So, I talked with the guys at speekwerx and i'm going to buy one of there EFI jet kits.
