Dude you have a classic Polaris problem! Air in the cooling system. Take your sled and run it half way up the trailer so the front end is quite a bit higher than the tail. On top of the water neck attached to the head there is a screw. Make sure the motor is cool. Back out the screw and start the motor. That screw will allow all the air to escape. You may have to add coolant as it runs. I had the same issues with my sled this year and "burping" it helped tremendously. Good Luck!
