Update. Just got back from Albany, WY. My friend had his 05 900 RMK out there on the first day of the vacation and it dropped a cylinder in a bad way. Cruising down the trail at about 35 mph one of the piston rings got caught on the power valve port and broke the top edge of the piston off. It was exactly 1 month out of warranty, but the dealer in Laramie called Polaris and they said they could cover it under warranty, but since they were busy, they couldn't work on it for a week. He wanted to trade at the end of the year anyway so he ended up trading it for an 06' 700 RMK 151.
