Though the annual trail permit is 200$, 40$ of that is insurance, and if you are already insured, you can send a them a form and have that insurance cancelled and refunded, so it's 160$. A weekly pass is 140$, but I don't know how the insurance would work with that.
Though like fr0st, I don't know how it works if you already have a permit somewhere else. You might want to shoot the
FCMQ an email about that.
Haven't heard much about any tours either.
Oh and BTW, I'm from a small city 15min north of Quebec City. We've had a bit of rain yesterday but temperatures should back to normal in the next few days (I hope). We still have a nice 2 feet of snow though.
