bummer man, good thing your ok!! could have been worse. Good news tho, my friends have a blown 96'F3, they are parting it out locally, was set up for drag racing but the chassis and bumpers, hood (mint) and everything is all there. Let me know if your interested, located near sault ste marie, ontario. they have everything you need and a track with 193 studs. i also have a mint track with 143 studs.
