I just had shims installed on my ski "boots" that seemed to take away some of the problems... One other thing is you can check your suspension and see how much pressure you have on your front skis. I had a friend help me adjust my rear suspension to put more pressure on the front skis. If you have two people on the sled, my guess is that you'd have less pressure on the front skis. My friend knew how to get the right pressure adjustment.
