...Snow will develop in western areas this afternoon and overspread the remainder of southern Ontario tonight. Snowfall amounts will reach 15 to 20 centimetres over regions in the winter storm warning by Thursday evening along with drifting and some blowing snow as winds pick up out of the west on Thursday....
