Not bad though!
all he has to do it turn the rear spring,

measure frome the rear axel to a point on the rear fenader when the bike is of the ground, then sit on the bike and measure it agian. I dont know about your particular bike but there should only be 2-3 inches of movement when you have it set correctly. on common bike(125/250) the should be 95 110 mm from the swing arm to the fender.
