Went out to ride my sled tonight after work and she started right up and was running OK. Went around our field to warm the old girl up for about 5 minutes and then tried to push things a little. This is when I found out that the machine will not rev past 7,000 rpm and will not go above 35 mph end to end on a field I could get to 50 mph before running out of runway. looked in the manual and they give the fuel filter as a possible cause among some others due to either the clutch or track. It seems that clutch engagement is the same as before and no weird noises from the track. Engine is not breaking up or anything obviuos to me. Any thoughts?
A bellow can rip at anytime. Or power valve can get stuck. Take the 4 10mm bolts off the black cap and just pop the cap off and look. Don't remove the whole valve unless they are sticking and need to be cleaned. My pro x dropped a bellow going across the lake in the past and I clean mine all the time
