Hey Man, My buddy had an xlt that always sucked on low end too! I recently traded my 96 ultra for the same reason. My buddys sled was cause the springs in the carbs where rusted..But heres some ideas,
They might have jetted it too rich,
I had a F3 and the choke was stuck on only one cylinder,
And Finally, First and formost, I had another skidoo that did this and it just needed some dry gas.. Try it first.. Hope this helps..
Look on the inside of the gas cap, Is their ice crystals? Could be water..
