why is it so hard for you to understand that if the exhaust is connected to the intake (by way of turbocharger) that the intake air will be HOT!!! (and by the way, I would like you to point out where I said exhaust flows into the engine. cant find it, can you?) The exhaust flows into the turbo, which spins a turbine. The turbine is connected to an impeller, which pumps the intake air into the engine. (this is all attached in a METAL housing, therefor, heat from the exhaust side of the turbo transfers over to the intake air side of the turbo. Thus, heating the intake air. Now going back to why this all started, CARBS WONT FREEZE BECAUSE THE INTAKE AIR IS HEATED BY THE TURBOCHARGER. THE INTAKE AIR IS NOW HOTTER , NOT COLDER.... when things (intake air) get hotter, they (carbs) tend to have LESS of a chance of freezing.... get it now genius?

This ends remedial turbochargers 101.
What class would you like to sign up for next?

By the way, Vector has a lot more credibility than you do. So yeah, a lot of us DO "give" what he says.
