Its a matter of prefernce. I don't like the full face helmets. Here is what I do. I have helmets for me and my kids and they are MX helmets. If you put in a Breath box and they fit most MX helmets then you get some Roko Quick Straps. Then you are set. I also recommend some Light Sensitive goggles, very nice when it becomes darker. You have the best of both worlds. YOu can remove the breath box during the summer and put them in during the winter. It totally keeps my goggles clear and my face is good and warm.

Here is a photo with the goggles and one without. Plus when you make stops its so easy to remove the goggles and go again.
