ok so in the first two pics you can see the four phillips head screws holding the plastic onto the body. one on the top then the other on the side of the tunnel. you have to take those out. there will also be four phillips head screws holding the plastic over the handlebars. thats gotta come off too. once all the plastic is lifted up so you can at least see underneath in the last picture is the switch. just unplug it and take it out and just leave the unplugged wire under all the plastic. now you mentioned a fuel shut-off switch on the handlebars. thats actually the killswitch and must be pulled up for the sled to start. now in the third and four pictures is the choke/primer. all it does is help with cold starts. pull it up before you start and down once the sled is started.
