Bump, about a year later.
I never got this issue solved last year. Is it likely that the coil could be causing the problem? It starts missing after being warmed up. I think its the cylinder having too much gas. Its either getting loaded with fuel, or missig spark. I don't think a lean condition would cause a backfire.
