yes, it does have the apv's but they are definetly hooked up correctly. And would that cause it to die out sometimes, you would think it would just run horrible all the time if it wasnt opening up at startup or full throttle. The plug wires, caps and plugs are also brand new, they are actually the the red racing ngk wires and caps, so i doubt that could be the problem. im starting to wonder if the key in the flywheel slipped and that put the timing off or something, Im stumped.
