Newbie T-500 Q's
Got an 08 T-500 end of season, my first sled, put 16 miles on it around the yard and lost our snow. Got a couple questions about sleds in general and some about mine in particular.
1. Dealer tried to sell me "low temp grease" for it. Can I use regular grease that I use on my truck, or is there a real need for low temp grease?
2. I cant figure out how to lock up the "helper springs" for riding 2-up. The tool that came with it doesn't seem to fit into the cam to lock them up (post doesn't fit into hole in cam). Its got a post, a curved piece, and a socket head on the other side. Right tool? Easier way?
3. What kind of speed can I expect?
4. Does the front seat come off? I cant figure out how.
