POV Vid and advice

I tried a little point of view video by basically ziptying my cheap digital camera to the handle bars and cruising around the trails.

I got the camera aimed pretty well, and I like the way the view changes when I turn the bars. But, the camera is picking up some vibrations - you can really see the effect when I go between the power line poles. The poles look like they're made of rubber.

Any advice on how to solidly mount the camera with some vibration dampening?

Here's the vid, it's much better if you click on "Watch in high Quality".
