Yup the opp patrol with their own sleds, and then you have trail guys which are just volunteers but they have the power to ticket. I've even seen them park a patrol car across a road crossing and form a checkpoint there. And yea they really gotta do something to make it a little easier for families to afford, like discounts when buying 3 or more
