So I have a crank seal leak...

At the end of last year I blew a belt and parts of the belt wrapped around the inside of the clutch and tore the crank seal. I sprayed WD40 at the seal the sure enough it gained RPM's. So I really don't know how to work on sleds. Is this an easy fix? What would have to be done to fix it? Would it cost alot to take it to a shop.

I checked the compression of each cylinder and both are at 125psi exactly. I know this isn't the compression of the lower part of the engine but I just wanted to make sure it didn't burn any of the pistons.

I also have a low end bog, and have to feather the throttle to get it goin. Would this be caused by the seal leak?

Any advise would be appriciated!!
