*UPDATE* Well, it's been slow working on the sled mainly because I've been busy with work and the family. I've got about 80% of the old pin out for the speedo. The last little bit that's left in there is being a real pain. I gave my seat to my wife's uncle to see if he can work some magic on since he's got what it takes to redo things like this. Unfortunately he said the whole thing is pretty rotten. So, if any of you know where there is a decent seat cover and foam pass it onto me.

On a good note I did get all the bad rivits replaced and along with that a little more cleaning. Got the carb rebuilt and all new lines ran so we'll see how it'll run soon. Also got the pipe and muffler cleaned and recoated too so things are looking a little better. My dad had stopped by yesterday for me to work on his truck and happened to see the sled. He just shook his head and made a comment how high scrap is going these days
