I put an ODS kit on my 03 F5 & it seemed to have much better launch, upshift & backshift....highly recommended!!
Also have V-Force reeds, but they were installed before I got it, so I can't provide an A-B comparison. The F5 is jetted a little (lot!) fat from the factory....you could go leaner by 1-2 sizes. The AC 500 APV produces 105 Hp....it is what it is!! If you want more Hp & keep reliability, go with an F6 or F7!
