Here's day 2's progress. I was able to get the diamond plate alum cut fairly easy with a jig saw and a metal blade. I only had to trim a tiny 3 inch piece ( thats really good for me) I was able to get it riveted pretty easy on the bottom than i used a small propane torch to heat it up to have it curve easier. I had to use the 5lb influencer and the torch to get it to wrap around all the little curves. That left some ugly marks on the alum but not to bad. I'm going to try to buff it out latter on once its painted. Day 3 will consist of me taking the rear syspention apart and start to prep it for paint.
