Could safely say Mammoth have more snow than you need but I am sure someone found a rock or branch off trail and would dispute a bottomless powder boast.
5 plus feet in town and California style bottomless powder in the trees.
Most of the sno-parks in California have more than enough trail pack of 5 feet plus and more than average for off trail.
