I don't think I could take the risk of sinking my sled. Too much money invested to be pulling it out of the water. Also I don't know about any other places but here in NY the DEC will fine you for pollution if your sled goes in a lake or river. So picture that your sled falls through the ice, You freeze your butt off trying to get out of the water. If you live to tell about it they give you a ticket for over a $1000.00.
